This notice explains the information M87 Studio may receive, why it is used, and where another provider has its own responsibility.

M87 Studio may receive your name, contact details, organization, project description, requested timing, files, and correspondence when you submit the structured inquiry form, email, request a consultation, or enter a service relationship. Send only material you are authorized to share.
Scheduling, payments, and external services
Scheduling through Cal.com is handled on Cal.com under its own privacy terms. When M87 Studio issues an approved checkout link, payment details are processed by Stripe; M87 Studio does not receive or store your full card number. Linked products and repositories may apply their own policies.
Technical information
Hosting and security providers may process basic request information such as IP address, browser, device, requested page, timestamp, and error data to deliver and protect the site. M87 Studio uses cookieless, first-party aggregate telemetry to count page views, link and music-player actions, service funnel totals, and Core Web Vitals. The telemetry system does not store IP addresses, raw event history, persistent visitor or session identifiers, fingerprints, or session recordings. Referrers are reduced to a domain-level category before aggregation. The Studio pages do not use advertising cookies, targeted advertising, or cross-site behavioral analytics. A small session-storage value may remember that the opening animation has already played. Essential authentication and delivery cookies are used only when someone signs in or uses a protected account or delivery flow.
Use and disclosure
Information is used to respond, evaluate fit, deliver agreed work, operate and secure the site, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. M87 Studio does not sell or rent personal information. Providers receive only what is needed to perform their role.
Inquiry abuse controls retain keyed one-way digests rather than raw IP addresses or a second copy of your email. These short-lived counters are used only to enforce submission limits.
Retention and project records
Information is retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose, contractual records, security, disputes, or law. Working project files are normally retained for at least 120 days after final delivery. A bounded delivery-evidence record may be kept longer, including the governing scope, invoice and payment references, file manifest or hashes where practical, delivery and acceptance evidence, and material correspondence. It does not include raw card data or secrets.
Your choices and requests
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information, and may ask which third parties received it. Email mac@m87studio.net. M87 Studio may need to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law. To appeal a denied privacy request, use the same address with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.
Children and changes
The site and services are not directed to children under 13, and M87 Studio does not knowingly collect their personal information. This notice will be updated before materially different collection, advertising, or tracking practices are enabled. The updated date above identifies the current version.
